Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and CCS Investing LLC for Growth Engine (app.ccsinvesting.com), this website and the AI Side Hustle Blueprint. By creating an account, starting a trial or buying, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Growth Engine is
Growth Engine is software: an identity-locked content system for a personal brand on Instagram — a Brand Lock, scripts and hooks, a Trial Reels lab with the metrics you log, an image prompt and QC kit, a render kit and a post kit. It helps you make and organise content. It does not post on your behalf in v1 (you share from your phone), it does not generate images itself, and it does not include AI usage — see your own key.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give a working email address. Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. Operator plans include the seats stated on the pricing page; each seat is a named person.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why, unless the behaviour is abusive or unlawful, in which case we may act first and explain afterwards.
3. Plans, trial and billing
- Prices and plan limits are the ones shown at ccsinvesting.com/growth-engine when you subscribe. Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel.
- 7-day trial. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial that requires a card. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first charge happens automatically on day 8. You will get a reminder email before that.
- Founding 50. The Founding offer (Pro at the Founding price) is limited to 50 seats and stays at that price for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If it is cancelled or lapses, the standard price applies to any new subscription.
- Cancel anytime from the billing portal in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then. There are no cancellation fees.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy: 7 days on the first charge.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and Link, which act as the merchant of record, collect any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issue receipts. Your statement shows
LINK.COM* CCS INVESTING. - We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. Founding seats are excluded as described above.
4. Bring your own AI key
AI text features run on your Google Gemini API key. You create the key in your Google account, you accept Google's terms and pay Google for any usage beyond its free tier, and you can revoke it at any time. We store it encrypted and use it only to run the features you trigger. We are not responsible for Google's availability, quotas, pricing or the content its models produce.
5. Your own likeness only
You may upload, describe, generate, or build prompts around your own face, body and voice, or those of a person who has given you written permission that you can show us on request. You may not use the service to create or imitate the likeness or voice of anyone else — including public figures, clients who have not consented, or minors — and you may not use it to produce deceptive, defamatory, sexual, hateful or harassing content. Where a platform or law requires AI-generated content to be labelled, you label it. Breaking this clause ends your account without refund.
6. Acceptable use
- Use the service for your own brands or for clients you have authority to act for; do not resell access or share one seat between several people.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or probe the service, or try to reach another customer's data.
- Follow Instagram's and Meta's terms when you post content you made here; you, not we, publish it.
- Do not upload content you have no right to use.
7. Your content and our software
Everything you upload or generate is yours. You give us only the licence needed to store, process and display it back to you and to run the features you trigger. We own the software, the method, the templates and the hook families; your subscription is a licence to use them, not to copy or resell them. Feedback you send us can be used to improve the product without compensation.
8. No promise of results
Growth Engine is a tool and a method. Followers, views, sales or income depend on your content, your consistency and the platforms, none of which we control. Any numbers we show in examples are our own or illustrative and are not typical. See the Earnings Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of merchantability, fitness or uninterrupted availability, to the extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCS Investing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits or followers), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You can cancel and delete your account at any time (how). We can end the service with 30 days' notice, refunding any unused prepaid period, or immediately for a serious breach of sections 5 or 6.
11. Law, changes, contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless your local consumer law gives you other rights. If we change these terms materially we will email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
