Refund Policy
Growth Engine subscriptions
- 7-day money-back on your first charge. If the first paid charge after your trial is not what you expected, email hello@ccsinvesting.com from your account address within 7 days of that charge and say "refund". We refund the full amount; no questions beyond what helps us improve.
- Renewals (monthly or yearly) are not refundable, because you can cancel before any renewal from the billing portal and keep access until the period ends.
- Yearly plans: the same 7 days apply to the first charge. After that, you can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.
- Operator plans: the same 7-day rule applies to the first month; calls that already happened are not deducted.
- Refunds are issued by Stripe/Link to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
- Accounts closed for breaking the likeness or acceptable use rules are not refunded.
How to cancel
- In the app, open Billing → Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe billing portal.
- Choose Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, then stops; nothing else is charged.
- Changed your mind before the period ends? The same portal lets you resume.
If you cannot reach the portal, email hello@ccsinvesting.com and we will cancel for you the same business day.
