Data Deletion
You can delete your Growth Engine account and everything in it at any time. This page is also the data-deletion instruction page required by Meta for the Instagram features that arrive in a later version.
Option 1 — delete inside the app (immediate)
- Sign in at app.ccsinvesting.com.
- Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Type your email address to confirm. Your subscription is cancelled at the same time, so nothing else is charged.
Option 2 — ask us by email
Send an email from the address on your account to hello@ccsinvesting.com with the subject Delete my account. We confirm within 3 business days and finish the deletion within 30 days. If you cannot write from the account address, tell us what you can about the account and we will verify you another way before deleting.
What is erased

Backups that still contain deleted data are overwritten within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone; export your Trial Reels CSV first if you want to keep it.
Instagram connection (future feature)
If you connected an Instagram account to Growth Engine, you can also remove the app from Instagram directly: Instagram app → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove Growth Engine. Meta then sends us a deletion request and we erase the stored token and any Instagram-sourced data the same day; you receive a confirmation code by email.
Blueprint buyers and waitlist
To be removed from the waitlist or from Blueprint emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to hello@ccsinvesting.com. Purchase records stay with Stripe as described above.
